My name is Monica Picca and I am a creative problem solver and multi-disciplinary artist who enthusiastically tackles any design challenge, going above and beyond what is asked of me. 

I admire simplicity, elegance and detail when creating which has helped me to develop a clean, memorable design aesthetic. My work as co-creator, art director and lead designer of Rose & Ivy Journal has received regional and national acclaim winning several ADDY awards including ‘Best Magazine Design’. 

As a designer, I am capable of leading projects from visualization to production and generating work across a variety of mediums. My technical expertise includes proficiency in a wide range of Adobe Suite programs as well as drawing, photography and styling focused in luxury beauty, fashion and travel. 

I enjoy working in small, fast-paced environments where there is the ability to learn from one another and exchange valuable ideas, skills and knowledge. 

Outside the world of design, I am an optimist with a love of bunnies, books and anything that can keep my imagination up in the clouds, shooting for the moon and enjoying the beauty of the stars.
